  6. Libcroco is a standalone css2 parsing and manipulation library.
  7. The parser provides a low level event driven SAC like api
  8. and a css object model like api.
  9. Libcroco provides a CSS2 selection engine and an experimental
  10. xml/css rendering engine.

  12. This library is being written to bring the css support
  13. to the mlview xml editor project but it can be used
  14. for other applications as well.
